Horizon Honors Elementary is a top-rated school in Phoenix, Arizona. That means amazing teachers and happy, hard-working students. But like any great school, it’s not only about grades–it’s also about kindness and giving back to the community, which Horizon Honors is definitely top-rated at too!
When the students at Horizon Honors learned breakfast food is one of the least donated items to food banks, they wanted to help fight hunger around breakfast tables in Phoenix. They held a Cereal4all Drive to benefit the Rio Vista Center, which will distribute the cereal to families struggling with food insecurity. Over a thousand empty bowls will be filled!
